If you own an iPhone, you can set up a custom voice command that swipes TikTok for you. Once it is set up, saying "Next" out loud will move you to the next video, so your hands can stay under the covers.

Here is how to set it up, step by step

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Accessibility.
3. Tap Voice Control and turn it on. If this is your first time, you may need to tap "Set Up Voice Control" and follow a few short prompts.
